Sunderland Zoning Board clears stormwater design for Amherst Road retail project but holds off on a decision. Peer reviewer Bucky Sparkle told the board his firm's 83-point review of Caledo Development Group's drainage plans has been whittled down to "five points, most of which are typos," with the proposed infiltration system sitting roughly seven feet above groundwater, well above the required two-foot buffer. Attorney Michael Pill pushed for a second traffic engineer to peer-review a one-day traffic count board members called inadequate. The hearing continues February 19 at 7 p.m.
