Sunderland recorded 14 property transfers between Sept. 11 and Oct. 10, but only three carry a sale price so far, ranging from $100,000 to $203,000 with a median of $139,000. The month's top recorded sale was 156 Russell St. at $203,000, sold by Bethany J. Jones to PeoplesBank. Eleven sales still await price data in the registry, which typically appears within about a week of recording. Nine of the 14 transactions involve a bank, credit union or mortgage company as buyer or seller, and three are transfers within the same family or into a trust, a pattern visible in the data without any indication of motive.
