The month's top recorded sale was 90 North Plain Road, which sold for $712,500 to the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development. Plumtree Road saw the most activity with three transfers. More than half of all recorded deeds involved a bank, credit union, mortgage servicer or federal housing agency as a party, and two transfers involved family trusts. With most prices not yet recorded, the data offer limited visibility into overall market value trends for the period.
