Sunderland sees 15 deed transfers in August, but few sale prices disclosed

Sunderland recorded 15 property deed transfers between Aug. 7 and Sept. 5, but only five carried disclosed sale prices, ranging from $50,000 to $712,500 with a median of $465,500. The month's top disclosed sale was 90 North Plain Road, which sold for $712,500 to the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development. Plumtree Road saw the most activity with three transfers. More than half of all recorded deeds involved a bank, credit union, mortgage servicer or federal housing agency as a party, and two transfers involved family trusts. With most prices undisclosed, the data offer limited visibility into overall market value trends for the period.
