Sunderland recorded 13 property deed transfers between Sept. 4 and Oct. 3, but only two carried a sale price in registry data so far, ranging from $139,000 to $203,000. The month's top recorded sale was 156 Russell St. at $203,000, sold by Bethany J. Jones to PeoplesBank. Falls Road and Russell Street each saw two transfers, and six of the 13 deeds involved a bank, mortgage company or Fannie Mae as buyer or seller. With 11 of 13 prices still pending, the data available does not support firm conclusions about overall market direction this period.
