Nine property deeds were recorded in Sunderland between Sept. 25 and Oct. 24, but sale prices were available for only two transactions at the time of this report. Of those, prices ranged from $100,000 for a Pond Ridge Condo unit on Montague Road to $239,500 for a home on School Street, the period's top recorded sale, yielding a median of $169,750. The remaining seven sales, including properties on Country Lane, Falls Road, North Silver Lane and Reservation Road, had no price data yet. Eight of the nine transactions listed a bank, credit union or mortgage company as either buyer or seller.
