Sunderland Records 13 Property Transfers In August, Most Prices Undisclosed
Sunderland recorded 13 property transfers between July 31 and Aug. 29, but only four deeds included a disclosed sale price, ranging from $50,000 to $712,500 with a median of $257,750. The month's highest-priced sale was a $712,500 transfer of 90 North Plain Road from Ellis and Helaine Delphin to the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development. Plumtree Road saw the most activity, with three deeds recorded. More than half of the month's transactions named a bank, mortgage servicer or credit union as a party, and two Howard Hepburn Drive transfers involved family trusts. With price data limited to four of 13 deeds, the month's overall tone cannot be characterized beyond the figures available.
