Sunderland's Selectboard and Finance Committee recommended the FY27 override budget and 18 warrant articles for the Annual Town Meeting. Meeting jointly on April 13, the Selectboard approved all articles unanimously; the Finance Committee approved all articles unanimously except article 4, which received one abstention from member I. Raphael.
The boards discussed the budget factors necessitating an override and scheduled a Finance Committee meeting the following week to develop statements for the ATM. The Selectboard also unanimously approved allowing a mobile health vehicle to provide medical and dental services, parking one day monthly at Town Offices.
