Most Sunderland Property Transfers Recorded Without Sale Price Disclosed

Ten property transfers were recorded in Sunderland from July 24 to Aug. 22, but only two disclosed a sale price: $50,000 for 131 Plumtree Rd. and $780,000 for 46 Old Amherst Rd., the period's priciest recorded deed. The median of the two disclosed prices was $415,000. Eight of the ten transactions listed a bank, mortgage servicer or credit union as buyer or seller, including two on Silver Lane, and one deed transferred property between trusts tied to the Bennett family. With most sale prices undisclosed, the data offers limited visibility into overall market pricing this period.
